Return Policy

Returns

Our policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your parcel was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 60 days of you or your representative receiving the goods ordered (the cancellation period).

The goods must be returned to us as soon as possible, and you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return is sent to us no later than 14 days from the date you notified us that you exercised your right of cancellation. The goods must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

To finalise your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the sender.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing repayments

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is booked.

Exchanges 
We will only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@Kennico.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You as a customer always pay for the return to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you send us a return, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping option. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transport. Products sent against cash on delivery or with a collection fee are not accepted by Kennico. To ensure assistance with a return, we recommend that you keep the receipt as well as the tracking number in case your parcel is lost, as we cannot assist you with a refund without this information.
